As part of the London Design Festival I was asked as part of 31 designers to design a poster based on a single day in August. Having been designated the 14th of August I decided to focus on the Pakistani Indepedence day (Yom-e-Istiqal) and explored this visually through Urdu inspired typogrpahy.

The poster was 2 colour screen printed onto emerald colourplan stock referencing the deep green of the pakistani national flag. Due to recent events in Pakistan, all profits from sale of the poster will go to the DEC Pakistan flood relief appeal.
